Had to basically find the driver because he couldn’t follow simple instructions. Appalling delivery service and appalling attitude from the driver, I suggest he finds a new job as he clearly hates this one so much

Most of the item were missing. Why the shop didn't say that the items were not available instead of letting me pay everything? The delivery guy wasn't clear and told me that another delivery guy was on the way, and he lied to me. No customer service. Can I have my refund as soon as possible please? 90% of my shopping has never arrive and I have to do another shopping. Thanks
