This is keeps happening. I order 2 bottles of wine & receive one. When I complain for a refund - get nothing at all. I am a disabled person with severe mobility issues. I use this service for convenience & it's getting so stressful. I am not a rich person and cannot afford to pay for things I am not receiving. I have photos and even the delivery rider saw this. it's terrible.
