absolutely rubbish service, item missing from yesterday's order and refused refund and just ordered and again item is missing, if I calculated all the things that have been missing from my orders I'm probably owed £30-40, normally I don't bother if an item is missing but this is noway accidentall

missing item, why are your drivers not checking the orders, your driver was with me when I checked my bag and found there was an item missing, unfortunately trying to communicate with someone who can hardly speak English just frustrates the situation even more
