delivery drivers really need to learn to read the address. and stop expecting us to go down to them their job is to take it from the shop to the customers door. they then take their time to give you your order after you tell them your a single parent with a child alone in the flats. they said they were outside and they were half way down the street! this is ridiculous.

I put the wrong address in which is my fault I understand but when the driver rang me he was abrupt and just ended up putting the phone down on me so now I have no idea what is happening with my shopping
