ordered ESSENTIAL items for my elderly mum whilst I was away. just got home to find she didn't get any BREAD, MILK, OR BUTTER. however she PAID for those items. She thought I'd forgot to order them and didn't want to hassle me about them. now I AM hassled. I expect a full refund for the missing items or I'll take to social media. she's very frail and couldn't get put to buy the items missing. why should she. she's already paid over £6 pounds for nothing. completely unacceptable

They forget items off your order everytime and don’t update you to say it isn’t coming to sort other arrangements, everytime I order from here I lose a good £10 of items that are undelivered. Won’t happen again
