I didn’t receive my full shop order which was 12 free range eggs as the main order for our dinner. The driver didn’t even mention this to me, despite me tipping him cash! Which I regret… my order wasn’t even updated to inform me of the missing item on my account . And then to be told the refund would take 7 days. It’s not about the money at all! It’s the fact that I wasn’t updated, so had to then go out to the shop to purchase the order again. Poor service would not recommend using this 4 shopping

I paid for 16 items and 4 items are missing they was £2 each I got 4 meaning £8 I haven’t received them and I haven’t received a refund or them explaining why I don’t have them so I want my refund thanks
