Order was picked up at 5pm didnt arrive untill 17.50 food was cold ice cream was melted had to reheat all food and refreeze ice cream

the pizza crust was so thick, it's like a bap roll. I know you guys are not chefs but it would be nice to rolled out the dough à little thinner.

I ordered a pizza at 1210 am for my kids lunch. order estimated time kept changing on the app even up to 1430, more than two hours. tried calling Cafe but no direct link. finally got through and cancelled order at 1346, as app still saying order being prepared, after also submitting a ticket to just eat. i also place a different order to KFC on just eat about 1335hrs as kids were starving. kFC showed up roughly 1410. 10 minutes or so Asda shows up 2 hours plus after placing order.

I wasn’t impressed with my order. I ordered a full breakfast and chocolate fudge cake. The order wasn’t in a bag sealed so no way of knowing if food was tampered with and also they sent a brownie in place of the chocolate fudge cake. Not impressed and won’t order from here again
