Missing 6 items of my order, no help from Asda side of things as they said they can’t get a driver to deliver as it’s third party. Had to submit a refund request which isn’t ideal as I wanted the items not a refund

apon recievieving my order 3 items were missing I requested for a refund for items I had paid for but not received however it was declined

Item missing from order. If they didn't have the item in store they should either remove it from the order list or if they accept the order contact the customer to offer a reasonable substitute o'r refund.

Didn’t come in the time frame suggested (took over 2 hours instead of 30-60 minutes) kept prolonging estimated time instead of just saying it’d be a wait to begin with, would have cancelled if knew would take that long but didn’t then want to have to wait how ever many days for a refund. Will not be ordering from here again. All items were find though.
