£50 for food that arrived cold, no sauce on the pasta carbonara so had to use my own sauce and no filling in the nduja dough balls i hope people see this DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. Disgustingly overpriced for what you get

it was nearly 2 hours late and cold. the tiramisu was melted as it had been left with the hot food when it had been cooked. it appears they couldn't get a delivery driver but cooked the food then left it on the side for a driver to turn up.

the driver had spilled the food everywhere and was trying to push it back in the boxes with his hands I sent the order back and still haven't received my money

paid in full through PayPal, when order arrived, only half of order was delivered and not able to contact sender ,very bad service, on a valentines occasion, will never use again 😑

Roast potatoes were lovely but there was no sprouts, panchetta or honey on them like the menu said. It was just roast potatoes. I was not happy! I don't expect to get items missing from my order. What's the point in having a menu and ordering items that the cooks are not going to read properly? I couldn't eat the garlic bread with cheese, it was like cardboard it was that stiff. Couldn't see the cheese on top either. I was very disappointed with this meal and I was so looking forward to it!!!! 😟
