Forgot multiple items, I called to get it sorted and they said to get everything refunded and reorder everything so that we could get it all hot and then they turned off their ordering so we couldn’t reorder. Absolutely horrible. Waiting on my refund.

Food wasn't delivered. Called the restaurant who was told that the food was handed over. They were happy to remake the food. Luckily, the restaurant is down the road so they were happy for us to collect to make sure we actually got our food.

Offered free chips @ £4. 50 with our order. No chips?? Ordered a 4 person deal and all the portion sizes were tiny compared to when we've previously ordered from the normal menu. Not really a saving if you get alot less is it?? Quite disappointed overall as all for of us are still hungry. Best advise DON'T order from the discount menu as they miss some of the "free" items and cut down the portion sizes, so the saving isn't really a saving. If you think the normal menu is expensive best spending £60 elsewhere. Less likely to order again now after the disappointment.
