After last time I ordered and didn’t receive and refund, due to being poorly of the food and being uncooked I still wanted to give you guys a chance as I’ve always had great ordered and quality and don’t mind spending the high prices due to good food. This time made up to last, food was incredible but, the mushroom risotto was not given instead it was a tomatoe pasta with mushroom which my partner did not like and I was to full to eat it! Can I please have a refund for that one item?

Really disappointed with the quality of my food. I’ve always been happy with the service and flavour and it’s definitely been worth the money as it’s quite pricey but the quality was always worthy of it! The pasta was not fully cooked and the risotto wasn’t cooked properly and was still hard. Both meals were over salted and both meals weren’t enjoyed and very disappointed from the quality completely. I feel I deserve a refund

No attempt made by my delivery driver to find the right flat. Instead asked me to walk down to find him. Sat in town with my food for 10 minutes so it was cold and soggy.

Food was taste less. Pasta with no sauce! The cheesy potato’s. Turned up with nothing on them and freezing. Really don’t recommend.
