We have the picture of what’s been sent to you, I’m not sure if the driver has taken out something as it has happened just recently and that’s why we have started taking picture of everything that goes out from our side. Rest assured if you order something next time we will give you free Chicken salad. I’m personally looking after and getting the details of the order.

Thursday 24 October 2024Was sent the wrong sandwich, I ordered Tuna panini and was given a tuna sandwich of which I couldn’t even finish because there was too much filling. The smoothie is not a smoothie, tastes like orange squash with cream. And the panini was very dry and hard to bite. Looks nothing like the pictures online very disappointing

Hi there Ali, I apologise on behalf of staff. However I checked the receipt and it was Tuna sandwich I can send the copy of the receipt on your email. If you find the quality of the food wasn’t up to the mark as a gesture we can give you a free panini of your choice on your next order or a milkshake whichever you like. Friday 11 October 2024I didn’t received what I paid for,item was missing.ordered a salat and a bagel and salat was missing and customer service isn’t able to help me by refunding me or offering a credit because it is in line with their policy. Just wonderful experience.

I got to know about this. You are our valuable customer, I’m so sorry that you didn’t get the right order. There was a new staff member and didn’t know how to give the salad and he tried to got in touch with you but didn’t get hold of you.
I tried speaking to just eat and tried to get your contact or email but coz of data protection rules they didn’t share. I can assure you on your next order we will give you a salad box with chicken breast for free.
