Cancelled the order for a refund if I get it, tried calling to see where my order was and noone answered, VERY POOR

Items were missing. Delivery driver did not follow the delivery instructions. Food should be delivered at the back door, not front door, as door is defect. I specified that when i ordered. There was also a sign at the door. He wouldn't go to the back and, so, forced me to climb on my window to get the delivery. Not cool.

Some of the best bagels I’ve had, and very handy that they come pre cut in half, made it easier to feed to my hangry girlfriend whom also enjoyed them very much

The first Bagel Factory opened in London in 1997, and their golden, perfectly chewy bagels have since achieved national success. Try the appetising and fulfilling Big Breakfast or the freshly-made classic of Scottish smoked salmon and cream cheese!
