The best Chinese food around! Lovely as always and delivered early (often the case with Bamboo Chinese). Always great food.

Disgusting tonight. Have been ordering from Bamboo for years. Always really good food. Not sure what's changed but tonight we placed a £70 order as had friends down, and it was all horrible. Chicken and Beef curry tasted horrid tonight, really weird texture to it and very gloomy, Chicken chow mein had bits of burnt black bits in it that looked like burnt pan excess , egg fried rice was like cardboard and stuck together, special fried rice wasn't special at all, really horrible and no flavour. Chicken and cashew nuts tasted bland, full of carrots and little else. Phoned the restaurant and they were not interested in our feedback, bad attitude and not wanting to refund or give us any money back. Will never be ordering again.

Our order arrived within the given time, but was cold and bland! The Chicken balls tasted awful, like they had been re-heated 2/3 times. The chicken fried rice was cold, with zero flavour and dry! Same with the stir fried veg. First and last time we will order from this restaurant. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

So far we are 50/50 with this takeaway. First time it was great, the second time it was awful. Ordered two portions of crispy duck, asked for it to be shredded on the app. If arrived not being shredded, no spring onion only cucumber, and importantly no pancakes. Called the restaurant and they offered me 20% off my next bill (despite pancakes being key to crispy duck eating) or to wait for re-delivery, which obviously I opted for. Called back a few minutes later to confirm it’s two portions of pancakes (just in case) to be told that pancakes where definitely with us….…which they weren’t, also let them know I only had cucumber. The restaurant told me they would deliver the pancakes and some spring onion when the delivery driver returned, i said I was more concerned about the pancakes but thanked them anyway. 20 mins later the pancakes arrived but no spring onion. We wanted to eat together but by the time the pancakes turned up a lot of the dishes were cold. Debatable whether whether we will use them again, I mean, it was only an order for two of us, it shouldn’t be difficult should it?

S&S prawn balls were overcooked and greasy, S&S chicken balls the batter was greasy but the chicken was dry, Seasme prawn toast was greasy and soggy. Wouldnt recommended and probably wouldnt order again from here.

Arrived very late. Food was mostly stone cold and the quality of the dishes were awful!! Disgusting looking 'chicken wings' that looked more like they came from a pigeon and had no meat on them at all. Literally pointy bones in batter. The duck was fatty and gamey, chicken satay dry with no sauce and the prawn toast looked liked it had been cooked and reheated 6 times and was swimming in so much grease that when you bit into it, it flooded your mouth with cold oil.
