This is not my first takeaway rodeo. I know how this works. My responsibility is to order from the menu, pay and wait. I fulfilled my part with style. The restaurants responsibility is to cook and deliver what I asked for. In a reasonable amount of time. Here bamboo house dropped the ball. The food took ages to arrive; from order to delivery was 1 hour and 20 mins. Did they have to catch the chickens first? And when it did eventually arrive I opened my bag to find 50% was the wrong order. Poor

Im sorry to say it was the worce Chinese takeaway ive had in years. It was pretty tasteless and the portion of chips were completely inedible. They were rock hard on the outside and rock hard in the centre, and that was every single one of them.
