Ordered food and they sent me the wrong order. Called up the restaurant and the lady who answered was not helpful at all. The restaurant did not even offer to redeliver my food, although the lady said they still have my food sitting in the restaurant. Neither did they offer a refund, nothing at all to compensate for their mistake. Even the wrong order they sent me was still incomplete So can only imagine how the other person would have felt if they had gotten their correct order. Awful hpnestly.

My order was never delivered and your representative, Abdul Haseeb, refused to refund me despite my delivery code not being taken and evidence of messages of me directing the driver for 30 mins. Absolutely disgraceful.
