Hello Ionut, We feel you've been a bit harsh here. The spice levels of the wings are subjective. The spicy wings aren't designed to be super hot, just to have a bit of a kick. We're sorry that you didn't get any flavour from them, but we never have any complaints about them normally. As far as the loaded chips are concerned, again they're really popular in the pub. We can only assume that the cheese sauce has absorbed into the chips during delivery. We'll probably remove from menu for this.

Hello Jack. Firstly we can only apologise for your bad experience. Unfortunately we are at the behest of just eat & their drivers once food leaves here. We always make things fresh to order & it leaves here piping hot. Reviews and experiences like yours make us question whether to carry on with it. They are impacting the reputation of our business. Hello Michael, Firstly thanks for taking the time to leave the review & we can only apologise for the missing item. This has been refunded. Regards the temperature of the food, it always leaves here piping hot & unfortunately that’s where our involvement ends. It’s hugely frustrating for us when we get a negative review like this because of just eat’s driver issues. But you’re the customer & you should be happy with what you pay for so we totally understand. We’d love to welcome you to the pub & prove how good our food is.

Hi Jacqueline, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Can we please ask why you chose to give us only 3 Stars? The reason we ask is that your meal was ready & the Just-Eat driver disappeared outside on his phone for 7 minutes before taking your meal. If you look at our other responses (Particularly the one ending 394), you'll see we're having some massive issues with their drivers & are in discussions with Just Eat themselves about them. We can only apologise if your meal wasn't at a satisfactory temperature. We're even writing on the bags now, what time the food leaves our kitchen.
