Our Tandoori dishes are prepared in a clay oven, also known as Tandoor or Bhatti. In tandoor, heat is generated by fire, burning within the tandoor itself, thus exposing the food to both live-fire, radiant heat cooking, and hot-air, convection cooking giving the tandoori dishes their unique taste.

The rice-based food Biryani is cooked traditionally as rice and meat or vegetables being cooked separately and brought together and then layered, resulting in a dish of the contrasting flavours of basmati rice and intensely flavoured sauce and meat or vegetables. In our all Biryani dishes, the chef’s special masala is used that gives the Biryani a unique taste. The Biryani is served with a portion of mixed vegetable curry (mustard).
