Was an hour after eta. Food was cold and once heated up didn’t taste good as was mushy and not much flavour.

Food though ok was cold and the fries were inedible, ordered 3 hours in advance and it still came over 40mins late. I understand on busy nights there can be delays as I work in the hospitality industry and I wouldn’t have minded so much if I was updated on delays before my requested time instead of me having to chase the restaurant and if the food when arrived was fresh and warm. I won’t likely order from here again which is a shame as when the burgers are good they are really good.
