Never received my order and I could not even contact the restaurant through the app. Had to send just eat message to get a refund. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend at all

Waited 2hrs for my food arrived freezing cold and burger was overcooked. When I called them they answer was we have no staff you request refund we have no staff. 2 hrs waiting for frozen food and overcooked which I could not even eat. You under staff don’t promise to deliver in 30-45 mins spent over £30 for 2 burgers that had to go in the bin
