Saturday 10 August 2024I called to the restaurant at 12:40 to ask if they can go big order for 14:30 , they said no problem . I put some comments for the food swap which never was fulfilled. At 14:20 my order was not even started , I called restaurant and someone with no English was saying ok ok no problem. Order was 45 minutes late , cold and some items missing, we have cold/hold mezzes and big grill for 4 and there were not single piece of bread or pitta with it

Wednesday 07 August 2024Waited hours for order and did not turn up at all. It had not progressed to delivered status. When I chased it up the status suddenly changed to delivered BUT it WAS NEVER DELIVERED. Worst Just eat restaurant ever, will never use again.

Sunday 21 July 2024Very disappointing service. Missing two items on an order over £40. When you call the restaurant, I spoke to 4 different people who couldn’t speak English properly and understand what I was saying to them. Then when I’m giving them the address to make the wrong the right they’re telling me the address is incorrect. First time using this restaurant will not be using this restaurant again.

Friday 19 July 2024I can't believe what just happened. I placed order on JustEat! More than an hour passed no update! I ring them to get update, they say come and pick the order, there is no driver! When I reminded that I ordered delivery not pick up the guy handed the phone to a lady with swear words in Arabic. Too bad for him - I knew basics of Arabic! The lady just hung up the phone saying "is your problem non delivered food or swear words now"!
