Patatos very very spicy, they should mention when a product is spicy. Ice cream missing from kids menu. But good food

We usually order from this place and love the food, but the service this time was awful. After spending nearly £100, they forgot some rice. When I called, they said I needed to order a drink and pay delivery fees for them to send the missing item. I refused, as it was their mistake. After a frustrating 45 minutes of back and forth, the chef eventually delivered the rice with a quick apology. No compensation was offered, and the rest of our food was cold by then. Extremely disappointing experience.
