Hi Andy your order was delivered but later than expected as our delivery drivers car unexpectedly broke down while out doing the delivery so we had to call in another driver and remake the order to be delivered apologies for the delay on this

Food was terrible for the price black pudding had horrible taste square sausage over cooked and hard eggs under cooked was told tattie scones beans and hash browns where ok for£19.00 breakfast box you don’t get rolls with it bad

Hi Gordon I’m sorry the black pudding was not to your taste it’s actually Stornoway black pudding we use and steak square sausage. I understand this isn’t to everyone’s taste but assure you these cost significantly more to purchase than the industry standard for breakfast food. We try to cater to a higher standard than your typical breakfast delivery which is evident in the waiting times how busy we are you also left no note on how you would like your eggs cooked so we go with a standard that pleases the majority if you would like your eggs cooked to a particular finish we always urge our customers to leave a note in the comments and we will happily oblige we have significant running costs and overheads these are taken into consideration when pricing as applicable.
