the satchet of butter was put on the lid of my breakfast and by the time it got to me it had all melted all over my breakfast, right through the lid. I couldn't eat most of it as there was butter all over my whole breakfast. I don't know why anyone would think it's a good idea to put little packets of butter on the lid of boiling hot food. It literally melted and went all down the edges of the lid. £21.00 for nothing. Ive had a breakfast delivered from here before and it was lovely. Not today.
