Ordered a toastie, which looked like the bread had just been ā€˜toastedā€™ in an ordinary toaster and not an actual toastie machine, cheap butter & filling, which was splattered all over the box. Didnā€™t eat most of it as a result. Wouldnā€™t order again.

Hi Sammi Unfortunately, this is the the way we make our toasties at Better Butts and apologise that this is not what you have been used to from other outlets that you may use. I can also assure you that all our products are not cheap. The item being all over the box can only be down to the delivery driver as all our hot products are stored in hot holding and kept the correct way up. So sorry to hear that you wont order from us again.

I canā€™t remember a time Iā€™ve ordered from here and been disappointed. They follow order notes every time and the food is always so good. I will hopefully be ordering again very soon
