A+ with a surprise :-) I'm a regular so of course I love this place but to be honest, and I said this years ago they're one of the best in Bristol.

Was over 3 hours late, they lied on the phone saying the knocked the door, chips were cold and obviously microwaved tasted like soggy wet cardboard, tiny portions, undercooked meat, all went into the bin. They one star is so I could write the review, but reality it’s a 0. This place needs to be checked out by trading standards and health and hygiene. Abysmal and shameful.

Last 2 orders haven’t been as good as in the past. Always get a chicken donner kebab with salad and garlic sauce, and always request the green chilli’s as they’re my favourite! Normally loads of sauce and loads of salad, and the chilli’s are never forgotten. Last 2 orders have had a very small amount of salad, barely any sauce and no chilli’s at all despite me requesting them both times. Gorgeous flavours in the food as always, and never a problem with the cooking hence why it is my favourite place to go to. However the lack of these things has disappointed me on my last 2 visits :(

Food initially looked and tasted pretty good but eating it revealed it included pieces of wire wool, presumably used to clean the grill on which the meat was cooked, were in the kebab meat. I almost swallowed/choked on one piece of wire that was an inch and a half, and I may have ingested more of the wire before I noticed the problem. The majority of the kebab went in the bin. Very disappointed, but happy to be alive! I wont be ordering from here again.
