Hi there. Please accept our apologies there was a typo on the menu as there are 2 “gafferz” boxes ( one breakfast and the other a burger box). We cannot receive item descriptions and as the name was incorrect we have unfortunately sent out the wrong item. If you would like to try this order again, please do mention whether you’d prefer wings of tenders and the preferred flavour.

Hi Sara. We’re so sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy our food. We try to cater to as many taste preferences as possible but this isn’t always possible. The parathas are bought frozen, stored frozen and only opened when an order is to be made so we’re unsure about the sour taste described, but there is no alternative to wrapping the parathas in foil otherwise they go cold quickly and become tough upon delivery. We pride ourselves on our food portions, although the masala beans may have been small we haven’t received any complaints about the size and you are able to order another portion. Yes we do use Ben’s rice as we cannot accommodate the equipment required to make fresh rice for every serving and Birds Eye steam fresh veg packets are used again as we do not have ample space and must use the equipment we can fit in the shop. The chicken is marinated and cooked fresh every day and as we use breast it can tend to dry out a little. Usually we suggest the chicken be served with a sauce of your choosing, however you chose “gym box” which is our lowest calorie choice and by adding sauce to it this defeats this purpose. Once again I apologise and would suggest you come visit the cafe so to better understand why we use certain products and also so we can show you the high quality of our food.
