Ordered from here a few times. Always arrives hot and tastes amazing. Never had an error on the order and love how easy it is to customise. The only small point is the original delivery time always changes to a later time, however, When they say they will turn up, they do so it's not a game changer at all. 100% recommend!

in relation to my order just. hot beef and cheese sandwich is a piece of meat with kidney beans on and some type of chilli NOT what's advertised. maybe fix your photos and description....

Hi thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are a little confused with your complaint though as the description of the sandwich on the menu does say beef chilli. Which typically contains mince and kidney beans. The hot refers to the type of sandwich I.E hot or cold. gave me bacon instead of sausage on one sandwich 😫 so couldn't eat it I don't eat bacon. everyone else said theirs was nice though lol

Not very good this time although its usually good Omelettes cold and burnt an̈d no sauce on sandwiches

Sorry to hear your order was not to your satisfaction. I do however disagree with you saying the omelettes were burnt and cold. They would never be sent out burnt or cold to a customer. Never. Why would we do that? The sandwich you ordered was a best on a bap with brown sauce and that's what we sent. The other sandwich was a cold chicken salad sandwich and you did not request any sauce on this sandwich so again that is what we sent.
