Black Sheep Coffee was founded by two flatmates in 2013 who had a mission to "rid the world of boring average tasting coffee". They soon became innovators in the space by sourcing the first specialty-grade 100% Robusta coffee, going against the market trends to become the ‘Black Sheep’ of the coffee world. From their first stall in Camden Market, they now have over 90 locations and have quickly become a UK favourite. On top of their house Robusta, they also serve speciality Arabica as both espresso and filter coffee options. Additionally, Black Sheep Coffee offers a variety of other drink and food options, including a Matcha range, smoothies, seasonal drinks and an array of cakes, pastries, toasties & sandwiches. However, they are most famous for their freshly-made Norwegian Waffles, with toppings such as Nutella & Strawberry, Biscoff & Banana, & Peanut Butter & Jam.
