Took over an hour from order to delivery, but it happens sometimes. The bagel sandwich was disappointing and not as advertised, and some paid for add on items were not included. I've ordered here before and I was very happy with it, and I will order again, but will probably skip the bagels next time.

Bagel is fresh. Filling was skimpy dried out cream cheese and poor portion of salmon that filled half the bagel. Was okay but pretty bland and unfulfilling.

It arrived an hour and a half late. I am really disappointed with this service. My food was cold and the ice was melted in my iced latte. I am very unhappy with this service.

Protein bowl had zero whole fruit and looked nothing like the photo. It was basically a smoothie to drink, in a bowl. Disappointing

Probably the best coffee in Glasgow. If it wasn’t so pricey, I’d drink it every day. I have it delivered as an occasional treat, with added protein and coconut oil in an oat flat white. Love the wide choice of options. Tried a mini donut this time, too, yummy 😋

The cream pot was a little bit of a joke it had barely anything in it and the strawberry is cut up to look like multiple but it’s still one strawberry, the waffle was also cold and the matcha was average at best.

Coffee was lovely. I ordered 2 smoothie bowls, which was meant to come with all the toppings and we only got watery smoothies in bowls. Taste was lovely. But the texture was wrong and they were missing the granola, fruit and honey, which was disappointing.

I nearly died when the brownie entered my mouth, so gooey and tasty. And coffee is so smooth. LOVE IT
