Apart from adding 30mins to delivery time, the sides were cold and the mains were mislabeled. Ordered shyhigh x2, said skyhigh on the box, and got firecracker X2. Ordered plain tenders, said honey and garlic on the box, don't know what it actually was. pretty poor

Hi Richard, we don’t use our own driver nor do we have the ability to add time onto orders, just eat send their own drivers and we are reliant on them (just as the customer is) showing up on time. The just eat driver was late, we do use a heat lamp to keep food warm. As per your orders being mislabelled - we double check all orders before sending out and I can confirm you did in fact receive the correct food. There was two sky highs and not two firecrackers. Anything else please do contact us.

Sides were delicious but burger was caked in onions and a bitter sauce. We paid nearly £9 for chilli nachos and they came with barely anything on them. Barely any chilli or cheese to be seen. If we were sitting in we would have sent them back.
