The potato was hard and undercooked, the egg was hard broken yolk, the beans were like bullets......sausage bacon and mushroom was nice but overall poor breakfast.

Hello, I am sorry you have a poor experience. the variety of potato use are firm flesh. If the eg was broken I am sorry but we cannot guarante perfect outcome while in transport. Beans to be bullet, I am sorry but those beans are home made and not from tins, that's is what make it different, and we never had a complaint in our store for the last 4.5 years. Overall we only use fresh and quality product. Again, I am sorry for the poor experience. Kind Regards,

I was a bit dubious as getting breakfast delivered is risky, but I'm really impressed. The food is delicious and well presented. The breakfast was tasty and filling. What surprised me the most was the gorgeous creme brulé style french toast. It was a lot bigger than I was expecting, it was a generous portion. I've never had anything like it, it was beautiful. Thank you so much

Food was good, but I won't be ordering again or recommending to anyone. If I'm paying £15 for buttermilk pancakes, I'd expect them to be bigger than the palm of my hand.

In-store it's cheaper - Now you talk about the quantity I can accept it, but here we do not prioritize quantity over quality. Moreover, the rising cost of goods is increasing and keeps doing so.
