order arrived, 2 items incorrect. missing a 3rd. I had ordered a regular fish and a Gluten Free Fish. one fish arrived. Call the blue lagoon they are not able to confirm if the sent the regular one or the GF one. He refused to then make a GF Fish as he had already sent out or order. He then hung up and is now refusing to answer the phone

Initial Delivery time was 40 mins. It arrived 2 hours late. We placed the order 15.37. The food arrived at 17.32.

Place has become terrible at delivering food. 3 or 4 occasions now I’ve had to cancel and order from somewhere else because no driver has turned up to the restaurant after an hour plus. Order from somewhere else and drivers turn up within 5-10 minutes. Quite happy to accept your order and then do nothing about it. Once I use up my discount from the stamp cards I will never be using this place again. Service has become abysmal, which is a shame because it used to be so good.
