Ordered at around 18.50...order finally arrived at 21.13! Nearly 2.5 hours! Kids had to stay up late just to eat dinner. Perhaps it would have been quicker to get a delivery from Chinatown in London

Same as lots of the other recent reviews: food was ok but the timing and delays is completely unacceptable. The order took 2 hours 15 minutes to arrive and was an hour later than it said it would be at the time of ordering. We didn’t get our food until just before 10pm which was too late to enjoy it. There are so many reviews saying the same thing going back for months so this is obviously a repeat problem that the restaurant hasn’t addressed.
