The food is amazing but i received it cold when is usually hot also the driver didn’t deliver my drinks worth 8£ I’m sure he enjoyed it instead of me

Placed the order at around 10:45 am to be delivered by 11:40 am. I understand timings can be +/- but I received my order at 12:15 pm, which I find quite unacceptable as 35 minutes late is not reasonable. I am very disappointed. Also, I needed it by a specific time and this made the whole order pointless.

My order was not delivered l, the driver has delivered my order somewhere else. I was waiting outside too but the driver did not deliver my order
