Well I'll start with the negative but it's very minor, it would have been nicer if they cooked the beef burgers a bit longer. Positives - great delivery driver, early delivered, food portions was massive and well worth the money, their fries 🍟 are the best I've had in age's, definitely will order from here again,

It was my first time ordering from broadway 2 and considering this was hyped about alot I thought I’d try it out, but i was super disappointed with the pizza and donner kebab with naan, it was filled with seeds and couldn’t even eat the food properly as they were inside the food and we had to pick it out so it ruined our whole appetite. Was so annoyed as I was so hungry this day and didnt even eat anything the whole afternoon and I really thought this would be really good but no, it was horrible and would never order from here again. In the future, do not put seeds in the food because no one does that and in all my life having fast food, I’ve never known anyone to put seeds in. What a waste of £25. I want a refund.

The brother i spoke to on the phone was really nice as i told him to delay my order by an hr as i was in the hospital. He assured me that he would remake my food if it went cold. Such good customer service.

Rang the restaurant to confirm my order time would be at the time requested. It was delivered an hour early. The food was cold by the time we open our fast. The icing on the cake was when we finally opened the food, it was the wrong order and burnt. We rang the restaurant when it had been delivered too early and they were useless.

Order was placed and then scheduled/specified to be delivered 10 mins ahead of Iftar, to give you time . Order arrived 45 minutes earlier so food was left standing for 50 minutes. I’ve ordered from multiple takeaways during this month and they’ve managed to deliver it at a reasonable time. Do you think it’s appropriate knowing full well people break their fast to expect to warm up cold food at iftar (which they have paid for ???) It doesn’t make sense. The fries were old/ reheated and specified no onions yet you couldn’t follow basic instructions. 😡
