Chips were a bit under-done this time but the rest of the order was of the usual high standard, delivered fresh and hot.

Food was a lot nicer tonight than last time we ordered from here. One very small comment though, why ask for notes if they are going to be ignored? Granted we only wanted salt & vinegar which is me is a big part of my chippy tea and there was none. Otherwise very good, thank you

Chips were the worst I've ever seen, they looked old and grey. Sausage was a weird colour in the middle. What I ate of the fish was alright but was put off by the rest of the food... won't be ordering from there again.

I don't often leave reviews but the food was so diabolical I felt I had to. I'd go so far as to say the worst chippy we have ever had. How the food was packed up and sent to a paying customer is disgusting. The chips looked really old and tasted stake and hard like they had been repeatedly heated up day after day. The sausage was older than me and looked unlike any sausage I'd ever seen. The pies were undercooked. Total waste of money it all went in the bin and we had to go out to get a replacement tea. Never EVER again!

I contacted Brooks Fish & Chips who told me that the food had been delivered to the wrong address. The owner came on the phone blamed the driver and said he would send more food out. I asked if the delivery charge could be refunded due to the food being so late the owner shouted NO I WILL NOT YOU WILL GET YOUR FOOD you are not having any refund. Terrible customer service I expect better when using Just Eat. Don't think I will use Just Eat again
Brooks Fish and Chips replied Apologies for the inconvenience as your order was delivered to the wrong address. we apologised and said we would send your order again straight away, there would or been complimentary items due to the inconvenience however you asked for the whole order free plus refund on previous order, we advised to claim back from just eat, again apologies for the inconvenience.

No salt and vinegar on the chips. Sausage overpriced and the curry sauce was watery and had no flavour
