Quick delivery, great food, all still hot on arrival (the chips weren't even soggy). Will be ordering again!

Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Your delivery time was 1 hour 40 minutes and when the food arrived half of the vegetables were missing. I rang the restaurant and they apologised but said that Just Eat was need to officially complain to them. Can you do this please and refund me for what was a dreadful experience of slow service and poor food.

A little bit about us

Since opening the first Browns in 1973, it's been providing delicious food and drink in beautiful surroundings with superb service. Many are in unique landmark buildings, so classic seasonal food and signature cocktails can be enjoyed in everything from a stunning Mayfair ex-gentlemen's club to Bristol's beautiful old city museum. We are not able to provide delivery and self-collection meals for guests with food allergies or intolerances at this time. However, we can cater for specific dietary requirements at our restaurant so please visit and eat in with us instead. Our kitchens use ingredients containing the following allergens: Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Crustaceans, Egg, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia nuts), Peanuts, Sesame, Soya and Sulphites (over 10ppm) and there is a risk of cross contamination from these allergens.
