Missing yorkshire puds, roasted shallots. Greens v undercooked, roasts were dried out and tasted very old. Food was stone cold on arrival. For the money paid this is abysmal!!!!!!

Food was great - time was good ... the attitude of the driver was severely lacking. I gave instructions to ring the door bell, or ring my mobile phone - he did NEITHER. What is the point of putting instructions on the order if they are are going to be totally ignored by the driver?

Food is always amazing from here, but my cream was missing from profiteroles otherwise full stars. Delivery quick, always is through Just eat and since changed delivery location, I can now find them to meet them.

The site says the food was delivered - IT WAS NOT! No phone call as per my instructions, no one knocked my door - and therefore I have paid £18 and no food! Disgraceful service!

A little bit about us

Since opening the first Browns in 1973, it's been providing delicious food and drink in beautiful surroundings with superb service. Many are in unique landmark buildings, so classic seasonal food and signature cocktails can be enjoyed in everything from a stunning Mayfair ex-gentlemen's club to Bristol's beautiful old city museum. We are not able to provide delivery and self-collection meals for guests with food allergies or intolerances at this time. However, we can cater for specific dietary requirements at our restaurant so please visit and eat in with us instead. Our kitchens use ingredients containing the following allergens: Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Crustaceans, Egg, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia nuts), Peanuts, Sesame, Soya and Sulphites (over 10ppm) and there is a risk of cross contamination from these allergens. For any questions regarding our dishes, please contact the restaurant directly.
