soggy and cold on arrival. over an hour wait too. won't be ordering from here again, overpriced for this level of quality

the food was very late and freezing cold when it came. i would like a full refund. i think it silly i can only get £3.50 back as a refund instead of the whole £14 i payed

We love this place! Great quality hot food, also generous portions at a great price! We also love the fact that they will help with your order if you call them before ordering on the app, to make minor adjustments if you need it. Would highly recommend to anyone. It's a great small local business and we order from here a lot now, as we have been so impressed! 5 big glittery stars!!

ask for German breakfast came with chips instead of cubed potatoes, and the eggs was hard and had a green tint to it.

we are sorry to read this you have to understand just eat tells us when to cook/make the food and then they will pick up! the staff get annoyed when the drivers don't show up and is an on going problem that we are trying to sort from brunch cafe side. sorry again

Absolutely ridiculous. Says on just eat opens at 10 on Google says it opens at 12 waited over 2 hours for it to literally come cold. Ridiculous. Unacceptable.

We are so sorry to read about this our shop is open for orders at 10am. regarding the 2 hour wait that is out of our control brunch staff get annoyed by this too as food will be made (just eat tell us when to cook the food on the tablet) but the just eat drivers never seem to arrive or find us! we are working on this and hopefully get it sorted ASAP. sorry again many thanks brunch
