We placed the order at 3pm and the webpage showed that no driver was assigned as it was showing as "driver arrived and ready to be picked up" for over 1.5hrs!! Now the order is being shown as "delivered" as of 4.15pm which is incorrect as we have received nothing to the desired address. And the webpage didn't up date with this information to gone 5.30pm!! Therefore we would like to request a full refund!
