Saturday 09 December 2023Ordered an hour ahead of our requested delivery time and it turned up half an hour late. What’s the point of having this option if it’s not honoured. I’d understand if it was 5 mins later then the agreed time but 28 mins is silly.

I’m really sorry about the delay receiving your food but there is nothing we can do as the drivers are just eat staff and we can not control that, we cook the food when just eat tell us but it’s down to them to come and deliver the food on time, once again I’m so sorry and very frustrating even for us as our score goes down thanks to all this late deliveries.

Wednesday 06 December 2023Really poor service from Just Eat. An hour and a half from ordering to delivery.
The time kept changing and almost sn hour into the order, there was still no driver assigned.
The restaurant called me to apologise as they had cooked the food and was ready but no driver and the time kept changing for them too.
Really bad and I’m looking for a refund or compensation. Will be very reluctant to use just eat again after this.

Dear Caroline, I appreciated you pointing out that it was just eat responsibility for the delay on your order it’s really frustrating for us as well and we are having this issue for a long time and all this is just taking our score down which isn’t fare as just eat is causing this. However thank you for your feedback I truly hope the food was good and worth the wait tough.
