My payment was taken twice an there is no way to reclaim the other payment back . The food wasnt hot either chips were cold an the chicken and donnermeat were luke warm

You can simply call, explain your problem and get your money back. Also, your food will reach you within 10 minutes, there is no chance of it being cold. Thanks
