Wrong item delivered that I can't eat. Take away didn't answer the telephone on any of the 30+ calls I made. They also didn't call back after I left a voice mails. I ordered 2 items only and they got the largest most expensive item completely wrong. Unprofessional service, clearly no quality checks before food leaves the take away. I still want my full refund and I will clearly never order from this place again.

Absolutely terrible food and delivery service!! Wrap was awful full of grease and tasteless. Chips were also undercooked meanwhile the fish bites and chips were also terrible. portion size was very very poor wasn’t fit for a 5 year old. The fish wasn’t even edible either undercooked and smelt off. The chips were also undercooked once again. 100% need a new chef and definitely some new drivers!! £20 down the drain!!! Best part was the curry. WILL NEVER EVER BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!

No batter on the fish and chips like i asked for. I could of cried when i opened up the box and saw this. Food was cold and i mean very cold. Fish was half the size as last time and super flat. Devastated cos the last time i ordered it was the best fish and chips id had it ages 😞

Additionally, Just Eat drivers often delay deliveries, leading to cold food. We’ve reported this issue, but they haven’t resolved it. Starting 20th jan, we’ll use our own drivers to ensure fresh, timely deliveries. Please visit us tomorrow or next week for a free fish and chips. We value your support and look forward to serving you better. We apologise again.
