Unfortunately, we cannot assist directly in this case, but we recommend contacting JustEat, they can investigate further and arrange a refund if your food wasn’t delivered. 4 burgers and 2 chips all freezing cold when delivered. Rang up to complain and was told if we live near we could have something complementary. Was offered one chicken wrap which I wasn't willing to pick up just for that. When I asked if they would redo the burgers so they were hot and I'd pick them up, they said No. Disappointing!!

Bunzy burgers were great, they called to let us know the food had been ready for sometime but the drivers kept cancelling and rescheduling. They did everything they could to keep our okay but it was cold in the end which wasn't their fault at all. they helped us to get a full refund from justeat and the food was lovely when we followed their reheating instructions! we would definitely recommend their food and their customer service is great, thanks again
