Saturday 03 August 2024I was absolutely shocked and horrified at the portion sizes for the price. There was about 2 bites if cake and that was it. And they got our order wrong. Terrible place. Avoid completely!

Thursday 20 June 2024I have no idea what I have just received!! was meant to have been a benu chocolate cake and a strawberry cake!! went straight in the bin!! AVOID THIS PLACE!! couldn't even phone them to complain... the benu cake was some sort of mashed up custard with cheap and nasty sprinkles in a tiny round tub and the strawberry cake was a pastry with red strawberry juice poured over it!!! disgusting

Wednesday 21 February 2024I ordered 2 portions of homemade cheesecake. It really was very expensive at £6 per portion, but I thought it would be a nice treat..
However, when it arrived, we were not sure what we had ordered.. It was a tiny portion and I was so surprised. The base, if it was indeed the base, was made out of some kind of stringy, straw-like "stuff" similar to shredded wheat, but it was so much coarser. It was horrible and we were unable to eat it. The only thing we were able to eat was the cream-like top which was really nice, but for £12, we definitely expected something much more substantial, and not something which ended up in the bin!!!!!
The only thing we got for £12 was the 2 pots in which the "homemade cheesecake" was served in.
If you're going to charge £6 for a tiny portion of homemade cheesecake, then a portion at least twice the size of what we received, would be more acceptable.
Also, please lose that awful stringy straw-like "base" and consider using a regular base which is so much more edible.

Friday 21 July 2023Absolutely shocking the first time I have ever ordered from here. And the pudding was very dry and very cold. Very disappointed
And Hope to get my refund? This was not worth anything. Even the portion was a joke sorry to say for the price
