the double whopper turned up freezing cold couldn't eat it it's unbelievable that the restaurant is only 2 mins away I had to throw it in the bin was uneatable I would like a refund please

Tracking the order was stuck on being prepared screen and eta changed from 17.00-1715 to 17.45. When the food arrived it was cold, when I asked the delivery person the reason was they’re too busy.
