I placed order 1 hour and I called branch and spoke to manager and say there budy there’s nothing I can do so get refund. The order was my kids age 10 and than I called manager again not great service on call replied I don’t know why he than says waiting for driver but I spoke to driver when he arrived and explained the staff we’re running behind making food and driver was on time at Burger King. So the manager lied to me and when food arrived the food was very very cold and chips hard
