The order was nearly cold, the whopper was a meal, but there was no chips. plus which nearly always happens with the delivery no sauces were included although asked for. We ate most of it as very hungry after a busy stressful day, but neither of us finished it completely. Very disappointed, as we wanted something reasonable and filling and always prefer BK burgers than other chains, so normally don't mind paying extra for the better quality but were let down badly today.

The driver was rude on the phone and didn't want to come to the entrance I was at. He told me that the food will go back as I was at the wrong entrance. When he got to me he was shouting and more or less threw the bag at me saying "TAKE YOUR FOOD " The food was like warm. I have never had issues with drivers before.
