My onion rings were overcooked and cold and my fries were also cold. Plus I never recieved a straw for my milkshake which I don’t understand how I’m supposed to drink it without one. There is no quality control

food was not delivered to my house and I am surprised by this as they wouldn't know my code so can only assume that the driver has taken my food which I paid for. I am very unhappy
