A lot of food missing cold during thrown in on top of food that we did get so all the food was freezing need to rethink there packaging ie drinks and food in separate bags my 2 year old could of got the order right and packed it better

when I ordered it said 15 to 30 minutes hut it took 75 minutes and was stone cold. I also missed my bus because it took so long!!!!
